We had a good stay it was very hot so AC in cabins where nice. We went to shower in the evening and had to take a cold shower and that was no good and no one was ever around to do anything about it. Things to improve now are have hot water for guest's and work on customer service.
We are sorry to hear you had issues with the water temperature in the showers. I did check both the men's and women's showers this morning and found them both to be in working order, though it did take some time for the water to warm up due to having tankless water heaters. Typically, we have someone in the front entrance booth from around 1pm until around 9pm or so on a weekday evening. We are also reachable by calling our phone number which is listed on the handouts given to guests at check-in. Depending on the time, we may not answer, but you can leave a message and we will get back to you or take care of the issue.
